Wellington Meadows is a 28-bed CBRF facility located on five acres of land in the city of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Wellington Meadows is located adjacent to the Medical Center. Resident rooms currently consist of 24 suites with 4 suites sized for double occupancy. All suites have a private bath, a living room, a bedroom and a kitchenette. We are pleased to offer an atmosphere where residents and families feel comfortable and at home. Come by and visit the facility and its beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. Our home is best suited to seniors who appreciate an independent living situation with some assisted activities. Resident rooms currently consist of 19 suites with one suite sized for double occupancy. All suites have a private bath are equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. Each suite is roomy, has a 24-hour monitoring system, a full bath, individual thermostat, and an emergency call system. Most residents appreciate routine assistance with personal care, such as bathing, medication monitoring, and dressing. Residents with walkers or wheelchairs enjoy mobility assistance. Incontinence care promotes independence and helps retain dignity. Optional offerings include on-site hair and nail care and assistance with transportation to offsite locations. Menus for meals, made from scratch, are thoughtfully planned by our staff dietician. Residents have three meals in the dining room, and snacks are available all day long. A private dining room can be arranged for visiting family and friends. ​ We manage medications, including ordering and dispensing. Nurses provide regular consultations and assessments and regularly review medications. Daily fitness is offered both for individuals and groups. Recreational programs such as games, crafts, and music are provided. We offer assistance with writing correspondence and reading. Private areas are available for family gatherings.
